Foothills Labradoodles Puppy Application Process

We often get asked, “How does the process work?”

Once we receive your application, we will email you to set up a time for a phone chat. During that conversation, we’ll get to know you a little better, discuss our upcoming and expected litters, and talk about what you’re looking for in a puppy. Please remember that we have no control over litter size, colors, or sex. If your application is approved, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to join our waitlist.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the pregnancy and during the eight weeks your puppy is being raised in our home. When the puppies are around 6–7 weeks old, you are welcome to come meet them if you’d like. At your visit, we will ask if you have any favorites and will take those preferences into consideration when making our matches.

We also work with professional evaluators to help us thoughtfully match each puppy with the family that best fits their temperament and lifestyle. Most of our families are incredibly thankful for this process because, as we hear all the time, “There’s just no way we could choose only one!”

All puppy payments are made securely through Good Dog. Once puppy matches have been made, we will send you a Good Dog payment link to complete your remaining balance. We do not accept puppy payments through any other payment method.
