The Family Behind Foothills Labradoodles

My passion for dogs has been a life long journey. I have had a love for dogs and puppies all my life. Growing up I was very involved with dogs in 4H. I showed dogs, groomed dogs and even back then I was raising puppies. After being guardians for our 1st Australian Labradoodle, Ginger, we decided we wanted to make the next step to provide families with the joy these wonderful dogs had given us.

We are a responsible family breeder of Australian Labradoodle puppies. We are about 45 minutes south of Seattle in Bonney Lake Washington. All of our puppies are raised in our home with round the clock care. We follow Puppy Culture curriculum and work hard to provide healthy well rounded and socialized puppies.

We are committed to delivering outstanding family pets. When you bring home your new puppy, you can rest assured your puppy has been raised in our home with all the love and nurturing a puppy deserves. Our dogs are a part of our family and we treat them as such. We hold ourselves to high standards with extensive health testing beyond what the ALAA (Australian Labradoodle Association of America) requires. Additionally, we feed our dogs only high-quality food. We believe to make great puppies you must start with great, healthy, happy dogs.

Grown Up Together

She was small enough then to hold a whole puppy —
pale dress, purple sneakers, arms full of gold.
I leaned in beside her with Ginger in mine,
two babies, one summer, before either grew old.

They grew up in tandem — the porch and the yard,
the muddy spring mornings, the leaf piles in fall.
One learned to run and one learned to wait,
and neither could tell you who taught who at all.

Now the sneakers are gone and the dress doesn't fit,
but nothing has changed when she kneels in the grass:
a girl and her dog, and her arms still wide open,
and Ginger walks in like no time ever passed.
